Science Teacher, Tillamook Junior High School, 1.0 FTE
2018/2019 School Year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Hold an Oregon Teaching License through Teacher Standards & Practices Commission.
- Hold or be able to add an endorsement in Science
- Working knowledge of technology and computer literacy is preferred
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, and staff
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Report to work August 27, 2018 (New staff orientation is August 24, 2018)
- Current year is $35,369 - $53,499 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits
- 0 FTE, 190-day contract
- Excellent fringe benefits
- District paid employee contribution to PERS (Public Employees Retirement System)

Applicants will be required to upload a letter of interest/cover letter, resume, and three letters of recommendation in addition to completing the employment application.
Instructions for non-school district employees: If you are a new user then click on the “Apply” tab for the job that you are interested in. You will be given three options: 1) I am a new applicant. Instructions for school district employees (including substitutes): If you have not yet created an account with Tillamook Talent Ed Recruit and Hire you will want to click on the Internal link in the top right hand corner of the site before creating an account. On this page you will be prompted to confirm that you are an internal employee. Once you hit the “Yes I am an Employee” button you will be brought to a page to create your profile information. If you have already created an account with Tillamook Talent Ed Recruit and Hire you will want to log in with your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the Internal link in the top right hand corner of the site. On this page you will be prompted to confirm that you are an internal employee.
